Concord University is where I work, effective June 18, 2012. Concord University is located in Athens, West Virginia. Concord University is a member institution of the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC). As the Chief Technology Officer my responsibility is to lead the institution’s information technology (IT) division, manage the human and fiscal IT resources of the university, and to create and sustain a state-of-the-art technology operation.
